AVAL-EAR: In-ear technology for a better understanding of salivary flow

The aim of this mandate is to develop and validate a method for measuring spontaneous salivary swallowing flow (SSF) using a platform comprising an intra-auricular microphone, which could ultimately be used in field studies and provide important information to clinicians treating swallowing disorders in particular.
