This mandate aims to optimize the development of an instrumented prosthetic liner which enables the analysis of pressure points at the interface between the prosthetic socket and the residual limb during static and dynamic assessments. Based on the tactile technology developed by the Quebec company Skinaptiks, this instrumented liner will ultimately facilitate prosthetic device selection and fitting for patients with lower limb amputations.
