Summer school 2024: mobility and virtual reality: beyond the real

The awaited day has finally arrived: the form to register your interest in taking part in the Summer School 2024: Mobilities and virtual reality: beyond the real? in Marseille, France, is now available!

WARNING: As the number of places available at the event is limited, your participation will be confirmed by e-mail in the first week of April. The selection of participants will be based on your main motivations for taking part in this summer school, as well as your fields of activity.

Whether you are a participant, workshop leader or mentor, please complete the following form: https://event.fourwaves.com/ed2024. You have until midnight Sunday March 31 to complete the online form to register your interest in participating in the event.

Please note that it is the intention of INTER and REPAR to cover the full costs of participants from Quebec who are members of their organization. These costs include: airfare, accommodation, meals, activities, other travel (home-airport, airport-event site). However, since this budget remains limited and our goal is to maximize participation, financial assistance from your laboratory or any other funding source may be used to cover your participation costs. Should the number of participants be exceeded, access to external funding could be used to increase the number of participants.
