Several treatments are available to improve motor function in patients with cerebral palsy, particularly today thanks to advances in rehabilitation robotics. The aim of this mandate is to provide recommendations on the use of the Lokomat® gait trainer in pediatrics to promote relearning in children with cerebral palsy.
