The aim of this mandate is to answer the following question: under what conditions, and by what means, should a methodological guide be developed that crosses usage and social acceptability approaches, so that it can be used throughout a design cycle (from idea to prototype) and can be “understood” by all stakeholders in the process, and integrated into the healthcare and interactive devices sector? This mandate will enable us to create a methodological guide combining the approaches of usage and social acceptability, so that it can be used throughout a design cycle and “understood” by all stakeholders in the process.
