Democratizing the use of the TeRa+ platform

Intervention area

Smart home

Start date

January 1, 2019

End date

March 1, 2020

The main objective of the TeRa+ mandate is to facilitate user access to a telehealth platform while meeting identified clinical objectives. The platform also stands out for its administration interface for clinicians, designed to easily manage the deployment of telehealth kits, patient assignment to clinicians and access to multiple sites. These features are not found in any of the commercial systems listed above, and often act as a disincentive to their use, as account management quickly becomes problematic for both users and project administrators.
