OpenTera is an open source telecommunication platform for home care and telecare applications. OpenTera makes it possible to store and transmit data (audio, video, data) via secure infrastructure to support multimodal research and clinical activities. This mandate finances the human resources necessary to support, develop and deploy the OpenTera platform as a research infrastructure developed and maintained by INTER.
