One of the most important questions that arises for patients in coma is how to generate an early and accurate prognosis of their outcome. This study aims to develop a prognostic tool for rehabilitation outcomes based upon the responsiveness of the brain network to perturbation in the early days of coma.  Such information would provide rehabilitation professionals a more precise estimation of the patient’s rehabilitation needs, allowing more coordinated medical care and better use of available resources.
