OpenTera is an open telecommunication platform for home care and telecare applications. OpenTera makes it possible to store and transmit data (audio, video, data) via secure servers to support research activities on smart homes and living environments. This mandate finances the human resources necessary to support, develop and deploy the OpenTera platform as a research infrastructure developed and maintained by INTER.
